On Friday, February 14, 2026, Le Bayadère restaurant will orchestrate a gastronomic symphony dedicated to love, centered around a theme as poetic as it is enchanting: The 5 Senses.

Within the cozy, elegant setting of Hotel Elysia, prepare for an initiatory journey where every dish is an invitation to feel, see, smell, and taste the present moment.
